How does pricing work?
All pricing is custom-quoted based on your specific needs. For Centurion API, rates are tiered by volume and the data points you select. In-Market Signals and Bulk Data Packages are priced based on audience size, filters, and delivery requirements. Contact our sales team for a tailored quote.
What data formats do you support?
We support CSV, JSON, and Parquet formats for bulk delivery. API responses are returned in JSON. Data can also be delivered through SFTP or downloaded directly. Custom formats are available upon request.
How fresh is the data?
Data freshness varies by product. Centurion API returns enrichment data in real time. In-market signals are updated on a regular cadence to reflect current buying intent. Bulk data packages are refreshed on a schedule that depends on the category and your agreement terms.
Do you offer sample data?
Yes. We provide sample datasets so you can evaluate data quality, coverage, and schema before committing. Contact our sales team to request a sample tailored to your use case.
How do you handle data compliance?
Our data practices comply with CCPA and applicable state privacy laws. Our data products are not intended for use as consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and are not provided by a consumer reporting agency. All clients agree to our acceptable use policy, which prohibits use for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening decisions.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all fees paid are non-refundable. Full terms are outlined in our Data Services Agreement.
